Peace, Be Still

This piece was inspired by the story of the great storm from chapter 4 in Mark's gospel. Today we are not generally subject to sudden squalls, but we are often overwhelmed by stormy situations, stressful schedules, and waves of worry. Jesus reminds us all that, no matter the storm, He is with us in it, and He will walk with us through it when we submit to His sovereignty. He still says, "Peace, Be Still", but more often, He says it to us so that we might trust Him more.
